What we did not like
Two-factor authentication is required to change withdrawal methods, which is good, but the recovery flow when you lose your device is slow. Casino and sports wallets are separate in Ontario, so you cannot roll a sports balance directly into slots without a manual transfer step. Customer support response times over live chat are longer during weekend NFL windows.
